| Almost 200 Participants Expected for Inaugural Alumni Shabbaton
With two weeks remaining until the first-ever alumni shabbaton, momentum continues to build! Preparations are being finalized, as almost 200 participants are expected. Babysitting has been secured for the children; housing is being arranged for the many out-of-town alumni, and new LCM sweatshirts are being ordered as a complimentary gift for all participating alumni. I am very excited to see all of you and I truly hope that it will be a memorable shabbos filled with excitement and inspiration for men, women, and children alike.
Affixed below is a tentative schedule for the shabbaton, a list of frequently asked questions, as well as, a list of all currently registered shabbaton participants. If there is anybody who has not yet registered for the shabbaton, or who is mistakenly listed as registered, please contact the Office of Alumni Affairs. There is still limited space available. The final registration deadline is Monday, February 4th.

How will the babysitting work and is there a charge?
All babysitting is included in the shabbaton cost. There will be five babysitters available to watch children of all ages throughout all Friday night programming, beginning at 5:20 (mincha) until 9:30 (one hour after the seuda). Babysitting will once again be available shabbos afternoon from 3:50 (ten minutes prior to the women's shiur) through 9:00 (end of melave malka).
Who is Catering?
The catering is being arranged through Mauzone Catering. If anybody has any food related questions, (ie: allergies) please do not hesitate to contact the Office of Alumni Affairs, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Which Rebbeim and faculty will be attending?
Rav Shmulewitz, Rav Bamberger, Rav Soloveichik, and Rav Mirsky will all be in attendance. Dr. Sokol will also be here for shabbos, as well as, several professors. (Professors are currently being invited)
What is the cost?
$65 for a family w/ children. $60 for a couple w/o kids. $30 for a single alumnus. (Scholarships are available if necessary).
Where do I mail the check to?
Consider your payment to be your registration. Please pay asap by sending your check to Lander College for Men, attention: Aryeh Young. The LCM address is 7531 150th St, Flushing, NY 11367. All checks can me made payable to Lander College for Men. If I have any questions, who should I speak to?

| WOMEN'S SHIUR THIS WEEK Beis Medrash L'Talmud's newest Rosh Yeshiva, Rav Ephraim Tannenbaum shlit"a will be delivering a shiur for women only, this Wednesday night (Feb. 11), at 8:00 PM. The shiur will be given at LCM in room 210. This shiur is a continuation of our monthly women's shiur series, featuring LCM Rabbeim. | All Alumni are Warmly Invited to the Yeshiva's... Tu B'Shvat Vaad and Tisch with the Mashgiach, Rav Moshe Bamberger Monday, Febraury 9th @10:15 PM, in room 120 (next to the Beis Medrash) Alumni Hashkafa Shiur Continues Come enjoy a shiur on the parsha and its timeless lessons and reunite with the Mashgiach and former chaveirim.
The shiur is held every Wednesday at 9:15 PM (culminating with Maariv at 10:00) and will continue every Wednesday evening unless otherwise notified by email. The location will be on the 4th floor in the President's conference room of Lander College for Men, 75-31 150th St., Kew Gardens Hills, NY.
